How to Memorize Things Faster

If you are a student and want to memorize things faster in order to save some time then read ahead. There are many ways to train your brain to memorize and learn faster. 1. Workout Daily Here the workout doesn't mean going to the gym, it only means exercising for mind clearance. When your mind will be clear, it will be able to store lots of stuff in it. If your brain is not working properly even you exercise then eat memory-boosting foods like; almonds, blueberries, dark chocolate, nuts, and fatty fish.  2. Take Sufficient Sleep When you sleep, your brain saves things that are important and removes the things that are not much important. And also when you will wake up the next morning, your brain will be fresh and ready to memorize.  3. Write Down Write down what you need to memorize over and over again. How to Manage Time, Being a Medical Student

  I know it is quite hard to manage time, being a medical student. I have a few simple tips for you on how to master your time during your medical school journey.  Wake up early in the mornings:           I have learned that waking up early in the morning gives you lots of time to invest in your studies. Your mind is fresh and free of stress in the morning so you can make the most out of it.       2.  Make a to-do-list:      Write all of the work you do every day and set a time limit for each. Make sure you spent most of the time on your MITS (Most Important Tasks) and try to spend your mornings on them. LITS (Least Important Tasks) can be completed in the evenings or you can dedicate your breaks to those. Every night before sleeping, check your to-do list .     3.
